It was announced that Marriott is expanding in Vietnam with a strategic collaboration with Vinpearl, Vietnam’s largest hospitality and leisure chain, to convert and modernize 2,200 rooms across eight hotels in the country – significantly increasing its worldwide portfolio of world-class hotels and resorts.

Of the eight hotels, six are anticipated to be part of Marriott’s system shortly.

The Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection is planned to become Vietnam’s first Autograph Collection resort. The lifestyle hotel will be part of a collection of over 260 distinct hotels worldwide that have been hand-picked for their dedication to craft and unique vision of design and hospitality.

The hotel, now known as Vinpearl Luxury Landmark 81, is located on the banks of the Saigon River and has 223 rooms and suites, three restaurants and bars, upto 12 function spaces, a business center, spa, outdoor pool, and fitness center. Following the rebranding of Vinpearl Luxury Danang, the Marriott Hotels brand flag is anticipated to fly over the Danang Marriott Resort & Spa.

The resort is located on Non-Nuoc Beach, near Danang’s downtown area. It is scheduled to include 200 rooms and apartments and 39 villas with a contemporary home design that will offer visitors inspiring adventures while also providing exceptional service. There will be five restaurants, eight event spaces, an infinity pool, a spa, a children’s center, a tennis court, and a variety of water activities, including a diving school.

The Sheraton Long Beach Phu Quoc Resort is located on the island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam’s most enormous, fast becoming a popular tourist destination.

The new Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort will be rebranded from the previous Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort. It will include 500 contemporary and residential rooms, suites, villas, three restaurants, and a conference center with pools.

The Sheraton Hai Phong, now known as Vinpearl Hotel Imperial, is anticipated to become one of the city’s top choices for business and leisure visitors while also becoming a meeting place for conferences and events in the heart of Vietnam’s busiest seaport. The home will have 362 contemporary residential rooms and suites, four restaurants and bars, a ballroom, and four meeting rooms. A swimming pool, spa, and fitness center are also planned.

The Sheraton Can Tho expects to become a landmark hotel in the developing Mekong Delta metropolis. The Vinpearl Hotel Can Tho, a 262-room hotel on the banks of the Can Tho River with various attractions, is presently open.

The resort has a restaurant, lounge area, café on the terrace, and swimming pool bar. This venue also has a lot of event space, including a magnificent ballroom.

The Vinpearl Hotel, presently known as the Lang Son Vinpearl Hotel, aims to become the first internationally branded hotel in the city.
The hotel is planned to have 127 rooms and suites, including four restaurants and bars, a spa, and a ballroom. Its vintage modern design, stylish comfort, authentic sense of the local, and genuine service are all geared toward meeting the demands of today’s everyday travelers.
The Sheraton Vinh and Four Points by Sheraton Ha Giang will open in 2025.
